Network Technician II

What you'll do

• Partner with Field Operations and Tier 1 and 2 teams to resolve complex service and network issues
• operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and support central-office switching equipment
• support high-profile accounts
• analyze traffic and utilization
• support telecom IP/data products
• isolate and initiate resolution of escalated issues
• provision and troubleshoot hosted voice and UCaaS services
• diagnose SIP and call-routing issues
• coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
• assist with or lead project work.
