What you'll do
- Provide clinical supervision of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- ensure CNA services are assigned, delegated, and supervised appropriately
- conduct or oversee patient assessments
- develop, review, and update physician-ordered care plans
- monitor patient progress and changes in condition
- maintain clinical documentation
- participate in audits, surveys, and quality improvement
- partner with intake and operations on client onboarding
- help establish clinical workflows
- serve as a clinical resource.
