Compensation is $18–$19 per hour. The Asphalt Plant Groundman is an onsite role based in Oklahoma City, OK. 75 - $19.00 per hour, supporting the daily operations of the asphalt plant team. This role exists to assist with general plant upkeep, equipment maintenance, and labor tasks to ensure production runs safely and efficiently. The Groundman contributes to the team by performing routine maintenance, operating various equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
What you'll do
- Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and minor repairs on plant equipment.
- Operate equipment including Bobcat/skid steer, man lift, water truck, and haul truck.
- Complete equipment inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
- Keep the asphalt plant and surrounding work areas clean and free of debris.
- Assist with general labor and plant-related duties as assigned.
