- Support daily operations across infant, toddler, and Pre-K Counts classrooms
- help meet staffing and classroom-ratio needs
- connect staff with leadership
- lead staff meetings and provide classroom feedback
- support teacher hiring, onboarding, and coaching
- coordinate training and supplies
- help oversee the facility
- ensure licensing and Pre-K Counts compliance
- build relationships with families
- support curriculum implementation and family involvement
- and represent Wonderspring with community partners.
