What you'll do

• Support and guide front-of-house team members.
• Train, certify, and coach team members.
• Conduct pre-shift checks and table visits.
• Address guest concerns.
• Work front-of-house positions during high-volume periods.
• Conduct opening and closing duties.
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness and safety.
• Help address ordering and scheduling issues.
