• Prepare and manage weekly production reports and analyze staffing needs and employee production
• support capacity planning

• assist with onboarding clients and processes and establishing training tools and procedures
• serve as a point of contact for escalated client issues
• participate in scheduled client calls about pipeline management and escalations.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma, with a bachelor’s degree preferred, at least eight years of bankruptcy experience with a law firm or loan servicer, and ability to interpret client systems including LPS/Black Knight.
