Registered Nurse (RN) - ED Flow Throughput Coordinator

Demonstrate knowledge and application of the nursing process. Work in conjunction with the ER providers and admitting physicians to determine the appropriate admission status and level of care. Facilitate and foster communication, patient flow, staff support, regulatory compliance, care coordination, transfers, and policy and process development. Coordinate care delivery within the organization.
