What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site security procedures
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading and receiving areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter
• monitor access and verify credentials as directed
• document visitor, vehicle, and contractor activity
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and escalate concerns
• prepare reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and security activities.
