Field Service Technician — 3D Printers

The Field Service Technician — 3D Printers role is hybrid in the Minneapolis, MN area, with travel to customer sites primarily in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa. Compensation is a $60,000 annual base salary, with eligibility for up to 5% variable pay. What you'll do

• Troubleshoot 3D printing hardware by phone and email
• perform on-site diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and break-fix repairs
• aim for timely resolution, including single-visit success
• travel to customer locations and provide onboarding and training
• document service activities
• communicate findings to sales account managers and customer success managers
• collaborate with customer fulfillment, sales, and sustaining engineering
• manage tools, spare parts, and service equipment
• schedule maintenance visits and appointments.
