Diesel Mechanic (Tech B)

The Diesel Mechanic (Tech B) role is an onsite position based in Winnabow, NC. This role exists to maintain a diverse fleet of Diesel and Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) vehicles. The mechanic works alongside shop leadership to perform preventative maintenance, electronic diagnostics, and complex mechanical repairs.

What you'll do

• Diagnose, service, and repair diesel engines, CNG systems, hydraulics, and electrical components.
• Conduct thorough DOT and brake inspections.
• Perform routine and complex brake system repairs and service A/C systems.
• Test-drive trucks to confirm repairs.
• Log work orders and manage parts inventory.
