What you'll do

• Lead daily site operations and establish priorities
• develop operational plans
• supervise field and facilities staff
• oversee maintenance of buildings, utilities, grounds, vehicles, and equipment
• coordinate contractors and capital improvements
• manage operating budgets and purchasing
• implement safety practices and emergency plans
• coordinate site preparation for tours, workshops, donor visits, and events.

Why this role

The role includes direct supervision of the Field Crew Leader, Facilities Manager, and Equipment Operator and Irrigation Technician. The usual schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; additional hours may be required.
