What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments, rooms, common areas, and public bathrooms
• prepare empty rooms for move-ins
• dust and polish furniture
• disinfect countertops, sinks, bathrooms, and floors
• vacuum carpeted areas
• replenish paper products and soap dispensers
• empty trash
• collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and deliver resident clothing and linens
• keep washing and drying machines in use
• perform detailed cleaning assignments as directed.
