What you'll do

• Manage vendor and customer onboarding
• validate pricing data and maintain pricing in internal systems
• prepare and support monthly contract reporting
• coordinate external portal registrations and access
• align contract requirements with CRM, ERP, and vendor portals
• identify compliance risks
• maintain audit-ready documentation
• recommend process and system improvements
• coordinate across Operations, Sales, and Contracts.
