The Inventory Control & Warehouse Team Lead role is onsite in Beverly, MA, with pay of $34–$36 per hour. The position leads stockroom and distribution operations as the organization scales. The team lead establishes consistent warehouse processes, supervises staff, and improves productivity, quality, and service. Accurate inventory, safe operations, facility readiness, and coordinated shipping support disciplined execution across the operation.

What you'll do

• Establish and enforce warehouse processes, personnel policies, and SOPs
• implement productivity, quality, production, and customer service standards
• supervise, hire, train, coach, and review team members
• monitor safety and security protocols
• conduct cycle counts and reconcile WMS variances
• improve facility readiness and space utilization
• complete records and reports
• assist with shipping, packing, loading, unloading, and sorting
• support assigned projects.

Why this role

Requires three or more years supervising in a warehouse, ERP experience, inventory control background, and experience leading teams of 10 or more. First-shift role with overtime as required; coverage of listed shifts and occasional Saturdays is expected. Listed shifts are 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.
