Rectifying Technician

Job overview

The Rectifying Technician role is onsite in Dickson, TN, with pay of $23.34–$24.34 per hour. The technician supports Dal-Tile’s Additional Finishes department at its tile manufacturing operation.

What you'll do

• Follow plant safety protocols and the ISO 9001 quality management system
• conduct lock/tag/test audits and assist with weekly safety training
• ensure product specifications are followed
• review preventive maintenance and lubrication
• help coordinate department operations
• train new hires
• work with maintenance on operator care programs
• operate loader and unloader machines
• perform setup changes and basic maintenance
• assist with water treatment and chemical applications.
