What you'll do

• Provide strategic leadership across manufacturing, engineering, planning, purchasing, materials management, and facilities
• lead and develop managers
• improve production planning, scheduling, capacity, and on-time delivery
• drive efficiency through Lean principles and process improvement
• partner with Engineering, Quality, Sales, Finance, and HR
• oversee machining, welding, assembly, testing, and cleanroom production
• strengthen ERP use, dashboards, reporting, and automation
• oversee facility reliability, compliance, and maintenance.

Why this role
