The Continuous Operator works onsite in Mooresville, NC, on C shift from 7:30 p.m. to 7:45 a.m. in a four-on, four-off rotation, and earns $19 per hour. What you'll do

• Perform startup procedures
• verify finishing and production line setup
• inspect pallets and products
• calculate quantities and verify product layers
• stack approved parts and complete travel tickets
• enter process information
• check dimensions and perpendicularity
• calculate accepted and rejected quantities and defect rates
• complete logs and reinspection forms
• adjust machine settings and troubleshoot process or equipment issues
• monitor dryer conditions
• participate in preventive maintenance and 5S activities
• follow environmental and safety procedures.
