What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and manage IT and technical infrastructure projects
• develop and maintain timelines, milestones, task assignments, dependencies, and deliverables
• coordinate internal teams, field technicians, engineers, vendors, and customer stakeholders
• track project status, risks, dependencies, and issues
• prepare project plans, status reports, meeting notes, action-item logs, and executive updates
• use project-management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or Jira.
