What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and plumbing systems, lighting, grills, fryers, and appliances
• serve multiple locations
• inspect property systems and equipment
• perform self-identified repairs and preventive maintenance
• complete flooring, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• install equipment
• maintain maintenance records and supply inventory
• communicate progress, issues, and parts needs to the supervisor
• complete invoices accurately.
