The Operations Manager, Laboratory Operations role is onsite in Turlock, CA, with compensation of $70,000–$90,000 per year. The role exists to stabilize and improve site performance by coordinating daily laboratory operations and leading department managers and supervisors. It supports reliable, compliant workflows through resource planning, performance monitoring, process improvement, and client communication.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily laboratory operations and coordinate department managers and supervisors
• plan staffing, scheduling, and workflow
• monitor capacity and performance metrics
• implement process improvements and standard operating procedures
• ensure policy, safety, and regulatory compliance
• communicate with clients about operational matters
• oversee inventory, equipment utilization, supply coordination, and facility maintenance
• assist departments as needed.
