Process Server Supervisor

The Process Server Supervisor role is onsite in Manassas, VA, with compensation of $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience. The supervisor leads the service-of-process workflow across Virginia, Maryland, and Georgia, coordinating vendors and firm attorneys, tracking cases, and maintaining timely, compliant service. The role also mentors a junior specialist and helps improve team standards and processes.

What you'll do

• Build and lead a two-person Service of Process team
• assign cases to private process vendors and track completion across VA, MD, and GA
• communicate status to attorneys
• monitor vendor performance
• oversee case-management records
• coordinate skip tracing
• train and mentor a junior specialist
• ensure compliance with state-specific process-serving laws and court requirements
• document outcomes
• and flag workflow or compliance issues to leadership.
