The Behavior Technician — Applied Behavior Analysis role is onsite in Farmington Hills, MI. Pay is $17–$25 per hour. Healing Haven is a behavioral clinic serving children with autism and their families through ABA, parent training, speech and occupational therapy, counseling, and assessment services. The technician provides one-on-one ABA therapy to help children build communication, social, play, motor, and daily living skills, while documenting progress and collaborating with families and clinical teams.

What you'll do

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder
• teach communication, social, motor, play, and daily living skills
• maintain a structured therapy environment
• build professional relationships with clients and families
• collect data and document progress
• collaborate with speech and occupational therapy teams
• maintain RBT certification and QBS Safety-Care training.
