The Registered Nurse (RN) — Rehabilitation role is onsite in Peabody, KS, with compensation stated as up to $38.50 per hour depending on experience. The RN provides and coordinates resident care by monitoring health needs, administering ordered medications and treatments, documenting care, and overseeing nursing assistant-registered staff so resident care plans are followed.

What you'll do

• Monitor residents’ conditions and needs
• administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• monitor for side effects and report changes
• oversee nursing assistant-registered staff in following care plans
• document care
• admit and discharge residents
• and report observed bruises, skin tears, or neglect. The stated schedule is 12-hour shifts from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Why this role

Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required. Kansas RN licensure and current CPR certification are listed qualifications.
