The Medical Interpreter role is onsite in healthcare facilities in Houston, TX, and surrounding areas, on an as-needed basis. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. LanguageLine Solutions’ Onsite Division provides language access services to support communication in healthcare. The interpreter facilitates accurate communication between patients and healthcare providers during appointments and other healthcare interactions. By interpreting consecutively while maintaining neutrality, confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity, the role helps patients and providers understand one another.

• Provide accurate consecutive interpretation during medical appointments and healthcare interactions
