Job overview

The Case Manager role is primarily community- and home-based in Flagstaff, AZ, with work across Coconino County. Compensation is $21–$23 per hour. Child & Family Support Services’ mission is to prevent out-of-home care and help youth succeed in their homes and communities. The case manager coordinates comprehensive services for children, young adults, and families with complex needs. The role develops family-centered support plans, facilitates Child and Family Team meetings, connects families with community resources, and collaborates with service providers and public agencies.
