The Early Childcare Education Teacher, Infants and Toddlers role is onsite in Tryon, NC. Pay is $15–$18 per hour. The teacher creates a safe, nurturing classroom and supports children’s independence, confidence, and social-emotional development through play-based learning. The role plans developmentally appropriate activities, manages daily routines, observes children’s interests, and communicates with families about progress and milestones.

What you'll do

• Support infants and toddlers’ development through play-based learning
• plan and implement indoor and outdoor activities
• assist with meals, diapering, transitions, and rest time
• observe and document children’s interests
• model emotional regulation and positive behavior
• communicate with families
• maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
