Vice President of Construction

What you'll do

• Set construction operations strategy and execution standards across projects
• establish safety targets and ensure OSHA and site-specific compliance
• review and approve budgets, schedules, and change orders
• lead project executives, managers, and superintendents
• serve as senior contact for clients, owners, and architects
• manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
• partner on bids and new opportunities
• standardize processes, reporting, and technology
• report portfolio performance, risks, and forecasts
• ensure contractual, legal, and regulatory compliance.
