Roofing and Gutters Sales Specialist

The Roofing and Gutters Sales Specialist role is onsite, with the facility in Wilsonville, OR and appointments across the Portland metro area; compensation is commission-only, with a $2,000 stipend every two weeks for the first four pay periods. Guardian provides roofing repair and replacement, gutter, and insulation services to residential and light commercial customers. The role inspects customers' homes, explains findings and recommended solutions, and sells roofing systems, repairs, maintenance, and club memberships. It supports customer project outcomes and company sales goals by managing appointments, coordinating with crews, and processing sold-job paperwork.

What you'll do

• Inspect homes and present roofing findings and solutions
• sell roofing systems, repairs, maintenance, and Club Memberships
• maintain required leads and sales closing ratios after training
• complete sold-job paperwork within the stated turnaround
• coordinate daily work with crews and manage job costs and installation quality.
