What you'll do

• Provide technical, operational, and systems analysis
• coordinate procedures to optimize system performance
• identify and deliver IT services aligned with customer requirements
• monitor systems and troubleshoot performance issues
• communicate outages and downtime
• validate data in the NMCI Enterprise Tool
• support NMCI Moves, Adds, and Changes
• assist with hardware, software, and network installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
• contribute to network and communications infrastructure projects
• enforce information assurance policies and assist with investigations
• provide end-user training.
