What you'll do

• Manage client relationships in commercial interiors, including corporate, healthcare, hospitality, and education sectors
• assess needs and recommend customized service solutions
• collaborate with furniture dealers, facility teams, and project managers
• develop estimates, proposals, and service agreements
• coordinate with internal teams for project execution and client satisfaction
• track pipeline, activity, and KPIs in CRM and reporting tools
• monitor competitors and market trends.
