Construction Manager — Disaster Recovery and Residential Construction

What you'll do

• Communicate project scope, schedule, and expectations to homeowners
• manage multiple residential construction sites for quality, budget, and schedule
• coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• review RFIs, submittals, and change orders for accuracy and compliance
• participate in project meetings and planning
• coordinate utility and service shutdowns and startups as needed
• track close-out issues and ensure timely resolution.
