What you'll do

• Oversee and monitor child placements in Smith Agency foster homes
• assess home environments for regulatory compliance
• liaise with courts, county departments, schools, foster parents, and other parties
• conduct home studies
• provide and coordinate case management and protection where applicable
• assist with intake
• maintain children’s files
• attend meetings, home visits, and trainings
• arrange staffings and prepare required reports.
