What you'll do

• Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment
• perform scheduled maintenance and respond to resident and staff requests
• maintain buildings, storage areas, and supplies
• repair structures and perform electrical, carpentry, HVAC, painting, plaster, and plumbing tasks as directed
• inspect property and equipment
• perform landscaping and grounds maintenance
• support safety, fire control, security, and life-safety matters
• assist with company vehicle maintenance and cleaning.
