• Partner with the School Director to support daily center operations
• help recruit, develop, and retain educators
• guide teachers
• support staffing, scheduling, and administration
• maintain licensing and policy compliance
• support curriculum and educational programming
• promote family engagement and enrollment
• maintain records and reports
• and help monitor school performance.
