Compensation is $14–$17 per year. The Retail Keyholder role is onsite in Oviedo, FL; in the structured pay fields. GameStop’s retail mission is to provide gaming products and create customer experiences; this role supports store management and guest service. With moderate supervision, the keyholder helps execute and supervise store activities, supports sales and guest loyalty, and maintains an accessible, organized shopping environment. The role also handles transactions, inventory, operational procedures, and supervision of sales associates when management is absent.

What you'll do

• Provide guest service and product guidance
• process purchases and returns through the POS system
• promote reservations and loyalty programs
• maintain clean, organized, and merchandised store areas
• complete omnichannel orders
• support inventory control, loss prevention, deposits, and transaction reconciliation
• receive and stock merchandise
• support sales, profit, and shrink goals
• supervise and delegate tasks to sales associates in management’s absence
• follow opening and closing procedures.
