Field Roof Inspector

Job overview

Compensation is $32–$40 per hour. The Field Roof Inspector role is onsite in Sedona, AZ. Hancock Claims Consultants provides ladder-assist and property-inspection services to insurance agencies for claims management. The inspector assesses steep and high roofs, evaluates exterior and interior property damage, and performs underwriting inspections. The work supports claims resolution by providing detailed property assessments that help insurers and property owners understand damage and prevent further harm until permanent repairs are completed.

What you'll do

• Safely navigate and inspect steep and high roofs
• assess exterior and interior damage
• perform underwriting property inspections
• complete inspections in varied weather conditions
• use a reliable truck, van, or SUV capable of carrying a 32-foot ladder
• use a Lidar-equipped device or obtain one
• use MS Office applications including Outlook and Teams.
