Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor – Part-Time

What you'll do

• Assist the Director and Associate Director of Nursing with daily operations
• supervise and support nursing staff
• participate in surveys, audits, and inspections
• help develop and update resident care plans
• evaluate and coach LPNs and CNAs
• communicate resident issues to physicians, families, and administrators
• ensure staffing and shift transitions
• conduct rounds
• investigate incidents and grievances
• provide direct care and oversee medication and treatments
• complete MDS documentation
• maintain emergency preparedness, narcotic counts, and records
• monitor new and readmitted residents
• support discharge planning.
