What you'll do

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and healthcare professionals
• educate referral sources about Sunshine Home Care Services
• visit hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, and community healthcare organizations
• generate qualified referral opportunities
• represent the company at healthcare and community events
• provide activity and referral reports.
