Banquet Server

What you'll do

• Prepare dressings and cold sauces
• monitor guest service and comfort
• learn menu items and beverages
• serve food and drinks with appropriate serviceware
• assist servers and housepersons
• set tables
• break down events and clean rooms
• follow health, safety, and alcohol-service regulations
• maintain equipment
• report shortages, damage, or security issues
• respond to reasonable guest requests and complaints.
