What you'll do

• Prospect for new business through outbound outreach, lead generation, and cold calling
• develop relationships with facility managers, maintenance managers, building owners, and commercial property decision-makers
• sell preventive maintenance and ongoing service agreements
• manage sales from prospecting through proposals, negotiations, and execution
• maintain customer relationships and coordinate renewals
• manage the sales pipeline and track activity against quotas and KPIs
• collaborate with the Sales Manager on territory development.
