Senior Electric Forklift Field Service Technician

The Senior Electric Forklift Field Service Technician role is field-based, serving customers in Cheraw, Chesterfield County, and the surrounding South Carolina service territory. Starting pay is $35+ per hour, based on experience and technical expertise. WMH Solutions supports industrial customers with material handling equipment, service, parts, rentals, and warehouse technologies. The technician independently diagnoses, services, and repairs electric forklifts and battery-powered material handling equipment at customer locations, helping restore safe and reliable equipment operation.

What you'll do

• Diagnose electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical faults
• interpret schematics and service information
• service batteries and charging systems
• use diagnostic tools and software
• perform preventive maintenance and safety checks
• document repairs
• communicate recommendations to customers
• maintain service van tools and inventory
• support developing technicians.
