What you'll do

• Provide customer service to visitors, vendors, and employees
• carry out site-specific procedures, access-screening requirements, and emergency response activities
• screen individuals, packages, and deliveries
• verify authorized access and report irregularities
• respond to incidents and critical situations according to protocols
• maintain access, visitor, delivery, and incident documentation
• conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, service areas, and the perimeter.
