What you'll do

• Schedule service and maintenance appointments, adjust schedules when changes or emergencies arise, and dispatch HVAC technicians. Provide technicians with directions and job details
• help generate price quotes as needed. Answer customer questions, share service information and pricing, address concerns, and follow up after appointments. Maintain paperwork, job records, service-call documentation, and scheduling-software data.
