Groundskeeper Maintenance — Manufactured Housing Community

The Groundskeeper Maintenance role is onsite in Longmont, CO, at Mountain View Estates. The position pays $20–$24 per hour and is part-time, approximately 10 hours per week. The role maintains the community’s grounds, amenities, and overall appearance while supporting service team members. It combines outdoor upkeep, common-area cleaning, basic facilities maintenance, and prompt reporting of maintenance or safety concerns.

What you'll do

• Perform general park and facilities maintenance
• safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power equipment
• remove fallen tree limbs or debris with a chainsaw
• maintain common areas, lawns, walkways, and parking areas
• inspect and maintain irrigation systems
• clean interior common areas and remove litter
• perform trash-out duties
• maintain the pool during pool season
• report maintenance or safety issues to management.
