What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies
• respond calmly to incidents and alarms and report observations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter
• verify credentials, direct visitors, and maintain visitor and incident documentation
• communicate with company leadership, client representatives, and local responders as needed.
