What you'll do

• Operate dredges, work boats, anchor scows, pumps, forklifts, skid-steers, and excavators
• coordinate with deckhands, laborers, and interns
• perform manual labor and routine equipment inspection and maintenance
• complete shift reports, grade checks, and spreadsheets
• participate in safety meetings
• troubleshoot equipment and plan repairs
• communicate supply and equipment needs
• operate radio communications on the water
• meet project production goals.
