What you'll do

• Work with the Dietitian or Director of Food Services as needed and implement recommended changes
• follow food procedures
• serve and deliver meals and snacks according to instructions and portion-control procedures
• set up meal trays, carts, and dining areas
• check dietary trays and deliver food carts
• collect and distribute menus
• clean work tables, refrigerators, freezers, floors, utensils, dishes, and cooking items
• remove food carts and trays
• maintain clean, safe food storage and work areas
• assist with inventory and supplies
• follow hygiene, infection-control, confidentiality, and resident-safety procedures
• complete assigned training and participate in emergency drills.
