What you'll do

• Coach general managers and team members
• support staffing, hiring, training, and succession planning
• conduct business meetings, restaurant visits, audits, and assessments
• develop plans to drive sales and support marketing initiatives
• manage budgeting and forecasting
• ensure standard operating procedures, safety, sanitation, and facility maintenance standards are followed.
