Non-Medical Case Manager

What you'll do

• Provide financial, administrative, and transitional support
• document concerns in MCWIITS
• maintain cases until resolution
• provide 120-day post-EAS support
• coordinate with recovery care coordinators.

What we're looking for

Education

High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree

Experience

3 years with Bachelor's degree or 5 years with High School Diploma
