Accounts Payable Clerk and Bookkeeper

The Accounts Payable Clerk and Bookkeeper role is onsite in Buffalo, NY, with pay of $25–$30 per hour. What you'll do

• Set up payment schedules and create spreadsheets to support timely payments
• review supplier accounts and make rebate payments
• manage supplier accounts by phone and email
• file physical copies of invoices and payments
• assist the controller with day-to-day accounts payable activities.
